Please read the conditions of accommodation in apartments for daily rent:

Upon check in at the apartment you will need:
 — to produce an agreement on the deposit account manager, who will greet you at the apartment;
 — to present a passport for the contract;
 — full pay for the entire period of residence;
 — make a deposit in the amount of 3000 rub.
A security deposit is returned on the day of your departure from the apartment with the full preservation of property and handing over the keys. On the day of departure you’ll be followed by our manager. Apartments are equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, TV, in some - air conditioners) and in most apartments an unlimited high speed internet and cable TV. On the day of arrival provided: bed linens, towels, personal hygiene.

On the day of you arrival we make out the following documents: 
 — a contract in two copies; 
 — receipts and cash order; 
 — the act of transferring property in an apartment in 2 copies.

On the day of your departure we make out the following documents: 
 — commercial invoice;
 — the act of the work done.


Check-out time — 12:00 (Moscow time).
Accommodation at 14:00 (12:00–14:00 — Preparing for the arrival of apartment)
Arrival before 12:00 is charged as 50% of the total cost of the night.
Departure after 12:00 until 18:00 is charged as 50% of the total cost of the night, after 18:00 as 100%.
